They are an amazing group of people to work with when you find yourself in a dire situation such as water pipe/water heater trying to turn your home into a lake. Very grateful for their knowledge, insight, quick and fast services, as well as help was navigating through my insurance claim.

Forest was quick to respond after our water heater busted and helped guide us in our next steps. Him and his team were very professional, had great communication, did what they said they were going to do and were very efficient. I would highly recommend him and his team.

When I was looking for someone to inspect the black patches on my ceiling and provide an estimate, I contacted several companies I found through Google. I ultimately chose Restpros, and I’m glad I did. Forrest was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He carefully inspected the ceiling, explained what likely caused the issue, and gave me a genuine opinion instead of trying to sell unnecessary work. I really appreciated his transparency and the time he took to answer my questions. Based on this experience, I will definitely be choosing Restpros to fix the ceiling issue. I highly recommend Forrest and the Restpros team for anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

Dalton Stone, of Macon Leak Detection, did an absolutely outstanding job tracking down our leak. He was very methodical and professional. He definitely knows what he is doing. He's really quite amazing. His hearing is incredible. He can hear water running inside pipes just standing in our bathroom. He is also very courteous and goes out of his way to explain things. Obviously, he is very intelligent. Extremely pleased with everything.

Awesome job! Would highly recommend. From the owner, to his on site team, to the billing team, everyone was super nice and helpful. They did a great job on my hurricane Helene hit house. They helped me navigate everything step by step that I needed to do. Can’t say enough good stuff about this company!!
